This is a late 1960’s to early 1970’s Laphroaig imported by Filippi Fausto for the Italian market. Extremely rare bottling that predates the Bonfanti imports bottlings from the later 1970’s.

In 1994, the Friends of Laphroaig club was founded, for which members are granted a lifetime lease of up to 1 square foot of Laphroaig land on the island of Islay. The annual royalty being a dram of Laphroaig which can be obtained at the distillery!
