The evolution of whisky as an investment product rather than a drink has its merits, but we prefer a dram in our glass over a bottle on the wall any day of the week. We don't shy away from opening rare bottles, and love to share them. All of the bottles we sample are newly opened and decanted in full into airtight sample bottles immediately after being cracked.
