Karuizawa 1999-2000 Asama. 700ml, 50.5%

The most elusive of all the Japanese distilleries. Karuizawa stopped producing whisky in 2000, and permanently closed its doors in 2011. Bottlings from the remaining stock have gained near legendary status.
