In the uneventful situation that we are unable to come to a resolution, you have the possibility to file your complaint for mediation with the European Commission. Since February 15, 2016 it is possible for EU customers to report complaints through the ODR-platform of the European commission. This can be found through http://ec.europa.eu/odr. In case your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the European Union platform.
